freedom asylum down?

forgive me if i overlooked a post but freedom asylum is on my list of favorites and everytime i try going there it says error like its no longer up.whats up doc?

it's been down since the middle of last week, i've had multiple interactions with the support team since then and unfortunately... they dont seem to have the company braincell in the office at any point where i've tried to contact.
first they said it was down because "unfluffybunny.com" ie the domain name I havent used in coming upto a year, isnt pointed at the space.
they then said all servers were down for a 4-5 hour maintenance.
they then recalibrated my control panel.....
they then told me it's because the servers now use an n1 something and it's my job to switch everything over, tho they didnt tell me how.

still down, believe it or not i'm -still- getting a runaround, being the stpid people they are they close each ticket after a single reply, so right now i'm quoting about 20 tickets with each reply to them
