Hooray! The board is back, and the best community on the Internet is back with it! Welcome back everyone!

I hope you're all doing well and that this year hasn't been too hard on you, though it was a tough one, no doubt about it. We've almost made it to the end, though.

Hey, I know I mostly lurk now and have pretty much always kept from commenting in the General Discussion area, but Happy New Year everybody!
Even though there's less activity these days, I have always come here first for superhero media related news, and just to see what's kicking, and I'd miss it a lot if it was forever gone. Whenever that happens.

I hope everybody is staying safe, staying sound, and doing alright in these troubled times, and getting at least as much enjoyment from these forums as I have.

So on a broadly related topic, I'd like to let everyone here know that as of the last week or so, my neck of the woods is currently experiencing recurring instances of widespread internet outages that in some cases last several hours, so if I go absent from here for a noticeably unusual amount of time, that would be the reason why. This fact, FR's recent outages, and of course, the current year and chance being what it is, are specifically the reason I'm posting a LOT right now, in case anyone's wondering.

So Glad to see everyone! The real world has kept me away from these parts for far too long, mainly because my fiancé and I purchased our first home( you know, during a pandemic, and right before the holidays, because buying a house isn't challenging enough as is). Seeing the construction message always leads me to panic, but certainly more this time after realizing how long I had been gone. So glad to see everyone again.

*checks pulse* Yup, I'm still alive and kicking. 2020 was a HELL of a craptastic year for me and SO I'm very much keeping a positive vibe going into 2021.

So many things I'm trying to deal with quickly early this year to move forward with my life and starting up my projects into full swing again.
Glad the site is back and having folks here to talk with.

Hey everyone. Glad to see to see the site is up. Just popping in to say "hello". Special shout out and thanks to Sick Alice - I just saw that he had backed up my meshing tutorial with all pics, and that a number of users have found it useful over the years. I was a bit disappointed to see my 'Thanksgiving' and 'Calvin and Hobbes' adventure threads no longer had pictures with them. They were a lot of work and a lot of fun to do.

Just a reminder, I give everyone permission to do what they like with anything I have posted. Now that the yahoo groups are gone, I'll pop in now and then to see if anyone needs something I've done that they can't find.
