How many Personal Armies is too much?

The answer, at least in my build ( :ff:, FFX 2.5) is 5.

I'm trying to have a character Summon 7 different characters all with one command, and the best I can get out of it is 5.  The summoned character has PA1, and so does that one, etc., until the 7th who does not have PA.  Prestige costs on each are up enough to only get 1 per PA (and even when it wasn't, it still only went 4 PAs deep).

I don't want to add PA2 to any of them, as getting several of them up to the 10k prestige for a single "PA" was hard enough.  Is there another way I can nest this or have any of them automatically come with more than one type of companion?

How works private army? I am doing a hero file for Diablo and I want him to summon primal elementals, but he only summon cops...

You should be able to customize it in the FFX control center.

I've already done but it doesn't work. I put the elementals in the control center as minions but he only summon cops.

You could try adding them directly to the FFXCustom.py documents in Missions/Scripts.  I have trouble with the Control Center sometimes too.

I'll try to doing again. Thought I wrote in ffxcustom yesterday and don't work.

What I tried was giving The Red Skull a private army of 5 black-suited soldiers with an added "skull mask", and each of them had a private army of 5 gray suited soldiers. When it worked, the groups clustered around each hero when the game started. Great tactics for the bad guys, lousy for the heroes.

The Exiles (who are on my list) would be the perfect private army for The Red Skull.
