Zilius Zox has all the attributes of a common red lantern, included hatemonger and the metal eater debuff of his plasma vomit. Plus his alien physiology gives him body resistance, with 2 points of invulnerability. He has a talent for aerial combat, that's why he gets nimble flier.

POWERS

Zillus is a bearer of the Red Lantern Ring and has all the powers that come with it. The abilities the ring grants him are: energy projection, energy constructs and flight. Plus, his alien physiology grants him with 2 more powers, a bite that activates life drain and a speeding bullet attack when he spin his body like a ball.

- Invulnerable 2: The Wrecking Crew's power augmented their entire body, strengthening their bone, muscle, and flesh. Because of this, they're capable of withstanding the impact of a .45 caliber bullet without it penetrating their skin.

- Iron Guts: The Wrecking Crew is resistant to corrosives.

- Symbiote: The Wrecking Crew slowly loses his powers if they spends too long outside of the Wrecking Bar's range. When they are near the Wrecker, they gain the energized state.

A mutant, Alison Blaire can manipulate sound into light. The louder the source, the more powerful the output. This can manifest in a variety of different ways. She began by creating her own light shows, but learned that she could blind people with it. Over the years, she figured out how to create holograms and other distractions, plus hard light constructs that can be used as weapons. She can also shoot bursts of light out of her fingers, hands, eyes, and other parts.

Dazzler has the ability to transduce sonic vibrations which reach her body into various types of light.  She can produce numerous effects with the light she converts from sonic vibrations. She can create very simple patterns out of rays of light like circles, squares, triangles, and stars. This version of Dazzler has learned to manifest her light as: blinding flash, lasers, photon blasts, illumination and light shield.

Jason Todd was the second Robin, another orphan, a troubled youth in danger of becoming a street hoodlum until Batman took him in and provided an outlet for his aggression. Jason was murdered by the Joker, a tragedy and failure that haunted Batman for many years. Resurrected during Infinite Crisis, he has since adopted the violent anti-hero persona Red Hood.

The third Robin was Tim Drake, notable for seeking the position out instead of being approached for it. He is a great detective himself, and figured out Batman's and Nightwing's secret identities on his own, explaining that Batman needed a Robin to balance him out and prevent him from becoming too dark and gritty. Since then Drake has become Red Robin to strike out on his own. Stephanie Brown, also known as Spoiler and eventually Batgirl was briefly the fourth and only female Robin, although she was fired for disobeying orders.

The fifth and most recent Robin is Damian Wayne, Batman's son with Talia al Ghul, an aggressive child trained by the League of Assassins for years who is being trained as a superhero to help him find redemption. Robin's identity has been associated with a number of teams, including the Teen Titans and Young Justice. Robin as Dick Grayson was created by Bob Kane, Bill Finger and Jerry Robinson, first appearing in Detective Comics #38. (1940) Jason Todd first appeared as Robin in Batman #368. (1984) Tim Drake became Robin in Batman #457. (1990) Stephanie Brown took on the position in Robin #126. (2004) Damian Wayne has been Robin since Batman: Battle for the Cowl #3. (2009). Damian Wayne was created by Mike W. Barr, Grant Morrison and Andy Kubert, first appearing in Batman: Son of the Demon (1987).

a) Robin (combo):    Composed of:
- Acrobatic: Robin is a prodigious natural athlete and master acrobat, possessing a peak human level of agility/acrobatic skills. Dick Grayson is regarded as the greatest human acrobat in the world. He is one of three people in the world who can pull off a quadruple flip.

- Body Armor 02: Robin's current costume is made of a version of the Nomex fire-resistant, triple-weave Kevlar-lined material. It is an excellent protection against damage, and it's also electrically insulated. Robin's costume is tailored specifically to his unique style of crime-fighting. As such, his costume has fewer body-armor inlays than Batman's, anticipating a decreased need for shock-absorption and an increased capacity for motion ("Move more, get hit less.").

- Escapologist:  Due to his training with Batman, he possess extreme skill in escapology.

- Nocturnal: Robin gets a speed and agility bonus when fighting at night.

- Tracker: Damian, having been trained under the "World's Greatest Detective", has been able to deduce people's actions as well as solve mysteries with few amounts of data. Tim Drake is often recalled as the most investigative and analytical of all the Robins.

- Wrestler: Robin gets a bonus for escaping wrestling holds.

b) Cybernetic Brain:     Damian has inherited a genius IQ from his father. Also, damian asserted that his training with the League of Assassins gave him greater mastery of the bow than even Green Arrow. Robin gets a bonus on accuracy and mental resistances.

 
c) Danger Sense:     Due to Batman's training, Robin's senses are so acute, that he can effortless move around and even fight, while blindfolded.

 
d) Wall Climbing:     Robin's most used device, fires a cable allowing Robin to ascend, descend, stop a fall and swing across Gotham's skyline without the need of noisy transportation.

 

POWERS

Damian's training has made him a formidable hand-to-hand combatant able to defeat or hold his own against multiple opponents, armed opponents or skilled hand-to-hand combatants. In addition to making modifications to the tech supplied to him by Batman, Robin has invented a number of his own innovations such as his "bird-a-rang" and flash grenades.

I know there are a lot of Damian dislikers out there !! I was one of them too, i learned to like him after i played the Injustice videogame. That's why i choosed him. Still i tried to make the build as universal for every robin as possible. The only thing that's a damian-only is the katana, but i couldn't say no to the sword hahah

A few thoughts: I'd probably go with Grim Resolve rather than Iron Jaw, as he CAN be stunned, it's just harder.

I might go with Temperature Control, rather than Hirsuite, as his suit can protect him from both extremes.  And I'd say he should be at least one category tougher, as he can take a beating (mine is at 6).

Does your combo work properly?  I thought only this list of vanilla attributes could be comboed:

I believe that you are more of an aquaman expert than myself, so i take your comments with high anticipation. Yes, you're right, grim resolve is a more adequate attribute in this case.. As for temperature control, in the documentation i've read [Ben Rielly RPG page and DC Fandom Wiki], there's no indication that his suit can resist extreme heat. Do you have any especific place where i can look for, be a comic panel or a web quote, that indicates that his suit is heat resistant? As for the durability stat, i think that his durability comes from his suit, not from his body. I believe Black Manta is just a normal human, so following that logic, i gave him a body amor 05 to present his durability in game. Maybe i should give him a body armor 10, but, as for right now, that's Dr. Doom armor level. Also he gets a Passive Defense that blocks 25% of attacks, maybe i can improve this defense to 50%, that way he will be more difficult to kill. Hmmmmm.......... :rolleyes:

Yes, there's a lot of attributes that can be comboed, and they can be found in the FFX Manual Webpage http://ffx.freedomforceforever.com/manual.htm under the Attributes List page. All the attributes that are under the "FFX" or "Scripted" type category can be comboed. All the ones that are "Built-In type" can't be comboed.

All attributes can be edited, and new ones can be created, by editing multi.py, found in "Missions/Scripts". I use Pycharm Community Edition to edit multi.py.

Lots of good points, OK.  As for heat resistance, I'm thinking more generally, as he's been blown up and the suit has protected him, etc.  It also just stands to reason, but I can't think of a specific instance, so use your own judgement then.  In terms of durability, I think we just have some slightly different design philosophies, and I wasn't really thinking it through all the way from your design perspective.  You're relying on the body armor and the PD to keep him in the fight.  I tend to be more sparing with PDs, but that's a matter of taste.  I will say that my Aquaman can hit pretty hard, so 5 body armor with no crushing resistance wouldn't last very long toe to toe with him.  Yours may not hit as hard, though.  You're right that his durability is a result of his suit, but since we only see him in his suit, game-wise, we can be a bit more flexible in design if necessary.  For durability, my version has Solid Skeleton, which helps a lot in fights with Aquaman, as well as an Endurance of 6.  He's as tough as Arthur, which may be a bit generous, though he doesn't have as well-rounded resistances, since I give my Aquaman a material type of wood.  In general, Manta does better at range, Aquaman does better up close.

That's a good point, but mostly i tend to take explosions as crushing damage, not heat damage, unless is specified that the explosion is heat based. I think that not all explosions are heat based. Black Manta's suit protects him from crushing and cold damage, condition that are found deep underwater, the pressure of the sea is crushing based dmg. Following that logic it makes sense that his suit protects him from crushing based explosions, like grenades and bombs.

Yes, that's a recurrent trope in DC heroes. Superman and Lex Luthor, Batman and the Joker. In both cases the villain is notoriously weaker than the hero, so they use dirty tactics to  evade a melee confrontation as much as possible. The villains also use certain tactics to compensate for the lack of strength like ranged attacks, body armor and/or private army.

This same thing happened to me with the Joker build i made, one of my favourite characters, so i couldnt leave him so weak to die so fast. So i gave him adrenaline rush, so every time he takes damage, he activates a regenerative factor, also i gave him immortal, a thing i took from the comics, so he could stay fighting i little more longer. These two powers can be justified by looking at the documentation. I think at the end, you can never be objective and absolutely truthful about the character builds, there's always things that you put that appeal to your own sense of the character that you are making.  :D

That's a perfectly reasonable take on the diving suit, OK.

And yes, there's no way for us to be perfect in our adaptations, or even perfectly objective, ha!  Before the N52, my Aquaman was almost certainly a little overpowered, haha.  Interestingly enough, apparently the comics have caught up with me. :D

As for your Manta Men, they look pretty good.  I gave mine an explosive trident, like Manta's, to give them a bit more punch against Aquaman (especially since my explosions are usually fire based, and that's A's weakness).

Is Aquaman heat sensitive in the comics? Or is it just a silver age thing? Asking right now before i get to him hahaha  :P :P :D Maybe you could give me some tips about a basic aquaman build  :wub:. For now, i have the Atlantian (combo): that is composed of disciplined, invulnerable 2 and enhanced senses. So, all atlantians have mental resistances and a body adapted for high crushing conditions, but not so much as superman, let's say, and of course, enhanced hearing and vision, for underwater conditions. Following that logic, i suppose i should give my aquaman the following attributes: Atlantian (combo), Temperature Control, Hirsute and Coordinator. Strength and Durability= 7. Coordinator because of natural leadership abilities that the King of the 7 seas has; temperature control and hirsute, for dealing with extreme natural conditions. I've read somewhere that Aquaman swims near very hot waters.

Taking it back to our previous discussion about the durability or endurance of our heroes; now you see the difference between Black Manta and Aquaman. My Aquaman doesnt have Body Armor nor a Passive Defense. He bares his endurance all out, without any asistance, so he gets punched and shot a lot, but he falls last given his natural durability. Black Manta can block a lot of punches thanks to his passive def, and that gives him an upper hand, also he goes to the fight with a Private Army 1 and a Body Armor 5. He doesn't have the body of Aquaman, but thanks to his dirty tactics, he can take him out.  :verf When Aquaman is Acid Burnt, Blinded and getting shot a lot by Manta Men....... OUCH  :verf :verf :verf  :banghead:

- Disciplined: After his rebirth, he did display some psionic ability. He entered the mind of the human girl, Cammi, that was with him during his death and rebirth. He used her memories to reconstruct the events leading up to and following his death.

- Tracker: He possesses a low-level form of cosmic awareness that allows him to track Thanos.

- Iron Guts: His regenerative factor protects him from poison and irradiate.

- Lesser Regeneration: In spite of his great physical resilience, it is possible for Drax to be injured; however, his physiology possesses the ability to heal injuries that would otherwise be fatal with superhuman levels of speed and efficiency. The limits of his accelerated healing is unknown.

- Enhanced Senses: Drax has proven to have a superhuman olfactory senses. During the Annihilation event he was able to determine that Nova was a human like Cammi by sheer smell alone. Drax had also used this ability to recognize when weapons were about to be discharged in his area. In the Guardians of the Galaxy #5, he was asked if this acute sense had picked up any of the cloaked Skrulls.

a) Green Lantern (combo):    The ring use pure energy supplied by a Power Battery, which in most cases takes the form of bright green light. This energy is the green light of willpower of the Emotional Electromagnetic Spectrum. Composed of:

- Disciplined: The ring can also alert the wielder of incoming threats or of attempts to manipulate the wielders by an outside party.

- Fast Flier: The ring allows the wearer to fly in atmosphere or in space, and can achieve incredible speeds, moving from planet to planet in a matter of hours.

- Immortal: The Power Ring features an emergency energy reserve, to be utilized only when the wielder faces mortal injury. This power automatically activates to preserve a Green Lantern's life and can be used only once during a 24-hour period, unless the power ring is recharged at the power battery. The effect can then last up to an additional twenty-four hours, to protect a Green Lantern if energy runs out in the void of space. The ring provides CL1000 life support when required.

- Plasma Sculptor: The rings can construct anything the wearer can imagine from hard-light energy, as long as they are willing to make it. The more determined the wearer is, the more complex and intricate these things can be. The constructs can even be so complex as to form working machines, computers, and even people.

I like what you've got for him.  With my Lantern build, I had limited space for individualized attributes, but if I had more, I'd add Grim Resolve.  That one makes good sense.  I tried a Speeding Bullet power with mine, but I didn't really like how it ended up looking.

This build is based on the new 52 Ocean Master, a fully bred Atlantean of royal blood, unlike his brother Aquaman who is half-Atlantean, which accounts for Ocean Master's substantial superhuman abilities. Ocean Master has an expertise of magic manipulation and can utilize it for many effects including magical bolts, water control and lightning control. Since he is a member of the royal bloodline, he can access and utilize the magic of the king's trident. Orm is a capable leader and warrior. He was trained in Atlantis since he was very young and he has been shown leading the Atlantean armies to battle, briefly defeating the Justice League and holding his own against Aquaman in a one on one battle.








a) Ocean Master (combo):   Composed of:

- Coordinator: For his assault on the surface world, Orm was able to come up with a highly intricate plan to make the surface city of Boston sink. During the invasion Orm sent several teams to locate and eliminate primary threats in the way of his goals.

- Disciplined: Every atlantean has some sort of mental resistance.

- Grim Resolve: Ocean Master's crown provides him protection against stuns.

- Invulnerable 05:  A Atlantean of royal lineage (also known as highborn), Orm possesses the same superhuman physiology as the rest of his race but at a higher level. An offshoot of humanity biologically adapted to the deep ocean environment, Orm's Atlantean physiology allows him to adapt and survive unprotected in the tremendous pressures of the ocean depth.

- Metal Eater: This attribute is related to Orm's sorcery talents. In this case, Metal Eater acts over staticked enemies and activates a water bubble around them, that drowns them, and leech health for Orm. TargetType: isStatic, Effect: leechHealth, CharacterFX: effect_ffx_icesparks, ObjectFX: effect_ffx_aquashield [new], Radius: 200.

- Private Army 2: Ocean Master starts the battle with a group of elite atlantean warriors. All of them have the Atlantian (combo) attribute, composed of: disciplined, invulnerable and enhanced senses, while also having outside of the combo, the attributes: body armor 02, danger sense, hirsute and unheroic.  All of them have 3 strength, 3 speed, 5 agility, 4 endurance and 4 energy. I used the 4 atlantean models made by the great Cyber Burn:
- Atlantean Commander: Sword attack, energy shot and sword block (blocks 25% of melee and ranged). Has the coordinator attribute and 4 speed.
- Atlantean Flag: Melee attack and rally the troops power. Has the field commander attribute with heroic.
- Atlantean Gun: Low melee attack and Low energy shot at no EP cost. Triple shot (low energy) and water grenade (medium cold) at 1 EP cost.
- Atlantean Trident: Single attack (medium piercing). Double attack at 1 EP (medium crushing.


- Enhanced Senses: Due to millennia underwater, Atlanteans such as Orm have developed senses much more acute then any humans.

- Urban Dweller: This attribute is related to Orm's sorcery talents. In this case, Urban Dweller acts over stunned enemies and activates a lightning fx over them, that leech energy from them. TargetType: isStunned, Effect: leechEnergy, CharacterFX: effect_ffx_electricsparksg, ObjectFX: effect_ffx_electricsparks, Radius: 200.

- Weather Control: The Trident gives Orm power over the storms, this allows him to mimic storms, hurricanes, tsunamis, and other natural disasters. Animation: power, Power FX: effect_fx_thunder

From his appearances in Justice League and Aquaman Ocean Master has been shown wearing Atlantean armor and possessing a special Trident that allows Orm to control lightning, fire magical lightning bolts directly and is durable enough to withstand a direct clash with Aquaman's established invulnerable Trident. Also he wears a Helmet hat allows Orm to control water (in the same way that Mera does) on a massive scale, being able to create a gigantic tidal wave or immobilize multiple metahuman opponents.
