installing fx to ffvt3r...

hello evryone,
i was able to add super heros to the game using a converter but cant figure out how to install custom fxs to ffvt3r.
i read the wiki on it but it just confused me..so can someone help me out.

ps-is there an ezfx program for ffvt3r like there is for ff?if so can you link me to it.
