An energy builder that damages enemies... and heals allies! Somehow I doubt it'll be hugely powerful, but after the initial few levels your energy builder isn't good for much more than, well, building energy anyway...

Nice, a healing energy builder.  Perfect for those annoying escort missions I was just complaining about.  :)
