With the new Marvel Ultimate Alliance game that just came out I am considering trying to build some voice paks from the list of characters from that game, but my question is does anyone know of a good software program (FREE) to use to build these? It makes a real difference when we can have voices that more closely match the characters. Any help is truly appreciated. And by the way I will be using Windows Vista for this unfortunately.
