Title: Is it possible to use meshes and skins in existing mods?
Post by: AranhaRush on July 03, 2020, 09:24:54 PM
Not sure if this is the place for it.
if not, i'm sorry.

Basically, i wanted to know if it is possible to use other skins and meshes in the custom campaigns already made.

Thank you in advance.

Skins, easily. Meshes have to have matching animations, you would have to go into ffedit.

Yes, using FFEdit you can change pretty much everything you want, including skins, meshes, and animations.  As Bearded pointed out, if you DO change meshes, you also have to make sure that the new mesh's animations match the powers of the character, or edit the powers to match the new ones.

Isn't there an old mod that substitutes comic book characters for the standard Freedom Force characters? I'm just not sure whereto look for it. It's not inthe lost mods section of my Medifire stuff.
