Thought it was time we got a listing of sorts for places we can grab meshes to import into FFvTTR and such.
We all know about Model Resource (https://www.models-resource.com/ (https://www.models-resource.com/)) as a good place to find meshes to import over to FF.
I also ran across this place which seems to have a nice amount of ready to import Marvel characters for free (they also have for sale ones too): https://free3d.com/3d-models/marvel (https://free3d.com/3d-models/marvel)
Edit: Also free3d.com has a nice amount of DC characters too (for some reason they include Mortal Kombat characters in DC...unsure why): https://free3d.com/search/?q=dc&search=Search (https://free3d.com/search/?q=dc&search=Search)
Any place else you folks to think of? Shout it out!
Adding www.renderosity.com
I've got a few bookmarked on my PC (Never heard of Renderosity though). I'll see what I can add to the list when I get back tonight (Or tomorrow, schedule depending).
- Deviantart's (http://www.deviantart.com/newest/) Xnalara groups (there be monsters there so watch yourself! (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/DrinkingGame/DeviantArt))
- Sketchfab (https://sketchfab.com/) (tons of extracted and user submitted)
- Sci-Fi 3d (http://www.scifi3d.com/default.asp) (small but relative collection)
- 3d Warehouse (https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/index.html) (vast resource)
- Pack 3D (https://p3dm.ru/) (many comic related extracts here)
- CGTrader (https://www.cgtrader.com/) (large inventory of free to expensive ones)
- Yobi3D (https://www.yobi3d.com/) (a good metacrawler engine)
I also use this russian site, too. https://p3dm.ru

There's more on Deviant Art: http://pitermaksimoff.deviantart.com/gallery/
http://www.domawe.net/
http://open3dmodel.com/
http://polycount.com/
http://artist-3d.com/
https://www.turbosquid.com/ (Not a lot of free stuff though)
http://www.dmi-3d.net/
http://www.oyonale.com/modeles.php?lang=en
Not 3D Models, but I wasn't sure where to post this: http://www.watto.org/game_extractor.html
I still have more links to go through, but that will have to wait for another day.
I want to add www.sharecg.com
Like renderosity, it's more of a 3d model site than a game model site. Also for both you have to log in to dl stuff but it's a free/never charge register. Might prove useful...maybe...
Nothing to add right now, but I just wanted to give this a little bump so it's easier for us to access. Actually, I wouldn't mind having this stickied. Anyone else?

Creation of construction and millwork drawings, photoreal 3D renderings for products and projects. Specialities: architectural rendering, product 3d modeling, 3D interior visualization. https://ufo3d.com
Updated my previous as a site or two is since shut down. Adding here as also many sites have now gone to pay, like much of Sketchfab for instance. This site however is full of free stuff.
Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com//)
Tried a new program recently. Autodesk, the makers of 3ds Max went back to their roots and made a free program that's specifically geared for making models for game mods and user friendly. I approve of it's features.
Meshmixer (http://www.meshmixer.com///)
