I think the whole thing may be on Youtube in 10-15 minute bits.

The bits I've watched are no worse than an old Movie of the Week...

I've seen "bootlegs" DVD of this movie in comicbook stores a while ago, don't know if it ever was properly released though, kinda doubt it.

Yeah, I wrote a full article on this one for the Major Spoilers site. Unfortunately, they had a crash about 3 weeks ago, and I haven't had time to re-upload it yet.
