personally, i'd love to see a website (yahoo group or whatever) dedicated to this. Avatar skins, meshes, hero files, fx... the works.

or...you could just download the FR Mods since...that's kinda what it was. :P. It just didn't include many characters since many people didn't submit. *shrugs*

Also, there were yahoo groups and a website dedicated to the FR avs, but I don't know if any of it is still around (outside of the FR wiki).

You might also want to consider contacting Lionheart, as he had amassed quite a collection of meshes/skins/hf's for the avatars around here. Never did get around to sending him my hero file...
